Lingbang annual meeting: 2026, the year of the Vision Agent

“The horn has sounded; the next march is on.” Early in 2026, Lingbang closed its annual meeting under the banner “2026: the year of the Vision Agent.” Guest advisor Professor Gao of Peking University Guanghua put it this way: Chinese firms shake the world by refusing to worship authority, chasing the extreme, and keeping the firm in step with the country. This was not only a year-end review. It was a pledge. From a leading position in rare earths, Lingbang is moving through appliances, pharma, food and auto—with the Vision Agent at the center.

01 · Strategy: break the project curse

CEO Cui said we sit in the fourth industrial revolution. Industrial vision used to mean “as much intelligence as you have people.” The Vision Agent is meant to end that.

2026 is Lingbang’s decisive year: scale flagship customers by an order of magnitude. The logic shifts from custom projects to a standard, productized agent—faster deploy, cross-domain generalization, productivity out of the box—so the AI dividend becomes real manufacturing capacity.

02 · Market: flagships, then exponential split

Sales put a public commitment on the table. Last year Lingbang set roots in appliances, pharma, food and auto. Global leaders in those four sectors are the fulcrum that proved cross-domain generalization. The playbook is a power-of-two split—from 2⁰ toward 2¹⁰ and beyond.

03 · Technology: out-of-the-box productivity

The R&D lead showed Vision Agent V3.0. Iteration is no longer a pile of code; it should feel as simple as a phone. Software defines the hardware: drag-and-drop logic. Field staff do not edit source. A UI configures the whole machine, which cuts on-site development cost.

04 · Delivery and service: a hard back line

A fast market needs a solid rear. Delivery and after-sales made a hard promise: a general mounting kit to kill slow hardware installs, tools and process to cut cycle time, and a full visual quality system so batch production holds the line.

Close: the same mountain, a fight we intend to win

Professor Gao said Lingbang carries a Chinese founder spirit: no worship of authority, a will to take first place, and a sense of the country. That is why the company challenged an optical monopoly and moved first in deep AI waters.

Awards closed the night. In 2026 the whole company will hold the same line—win the Vision Agent fight with resolve and a higher level of thinking. Crossing the delivery gap with a standard product is the base logic of that fight.
